June is the disaster preparedness for Pets month - but if you're a pet-care business professional it's always a good time to make sure you got a plan body in order to manage the needs of all pets in your care when and if a disaster .
Whether you live in a rural community that is flooding, hurricanes or snowstorms, vulnerable, or you live in a metropolis that is inclined to live above or may one day be a target of a man-made disasters, with aPlan to help your clients and their pets is invaluable. Remember, you want a plan with all types of animals that you care - also includes animals!
When you are ready to create your own pet disaster preparedness plan - the use of these funds to create a plan custom built for you and your customers:
• The Humane Society of the United States (http://www.hsus.org) has a variety of resources, including brochures and Disaster Center, which you can educate bestOpportunities to prepare for a disaster.
• Local Emergency Response Team can assist in locating pet-friendly accommodations in case of evacuation. You'll also be able to provide you with all the provisions for the animals in such a house shelter. (In most cases the animals must be packed in boxes and must) make copies of their immunization records.
Spend some time exploring and then create a plan that will work for you and your clients pets' will. Article inHer plan:
• Card for your baby-sitter and accrued to the animals, they are responsible for the emergency;

A plan for disaster preparedness is certainly something that you hope you never use, but something that you as a responsible pet-care business provider must have. Your customers will thank you that you make the extra mile to ensure the safety and well-being of their animals gone.
Use your plan as a marketing tool. Once you put together your plan, why not write an article for the local newspaper about effective disaster preparedness for pets? Publish Or just put your disaster preparedness tips on your site and offer it as a free item on the Internet - surely you are a great resource box that gets people to head to your website! Finally, you can extend your disaster preparedness research, to create an offer a free seminar on the subject - either in conjunction with your local animal shelter, police and fire departmentDepartment or the local school.
